Staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable!
Staff so friendly! Ample amount of poolside lounges. Had problems with steps and they had room moved to ground floor. Pools never crowded. Rooms were quiet.
Food was ok, but could be upgraded. That is the only negative comment. All else was EXCELLENT! Would pay more for better food and variety!

Good hotel, fairly good service, but customers service should be improved
Great location and gorgeous beach
Old property and very slow customer service. One day, we have got 4 towels, next day no towels.

Pleasant
The beach and pools at Sunscape are fantastic. The staff for the most part is very welcoming and friendly.
Some of the facilities need to be remodeled. The restaurants/food were disappointing. Sanitation in the vicinity of the restaurants is questionable with all of the birds flying around the tables/food/plates.
